Military Career:
  • Landed over 600 times on 5 various aircraft carriers, flew missions in USN F-4 and F-18 aircraft off Syria & Libya. Advanced Jet Flight Instructor in Pensacola.
  • NATO Staff Officer, Striking Fleet Atlantic Representative to the Central Region of Europe, 1989-92 based in Brunssum, The Netherlands.
  • Operations Officer at Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico (in charge of the largest military airfield and harbor in the Caribbean).
  • Negotiated labor contracts for 75 man Fire Department.
  • Earned Naval Aviator designation in 1977.
  • Earned Surface Warfare designation in 1976, USS Bradley, FF 1041.
  • Member of the first F-18 training class on East Coast, 1985.
  • Retired US Navy Commander

  • Earned 3 letters in Wrestling at AHS
  • Brother in Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Auburn University
  • Voted Most Congenial in the AHS Class of 1969
  • Certified Florida High School Soccer Referee
  • Participated in the Voie De Liberte bike ride across France (twice) and Bike Ride Across Georgia
